1 GB of memory (small size), a managed Postgres database.

After it deploys

Open the URL and reload: the visit counter lives in the attached Postgres database. Edit the code, then deploy again with `deplane deploy`.

Settings it makes for you

RAILS_ENV, RAILS_LOG_TO_STDOUT, SECRET_KEY_BASE (secrets are generated for your app and never shown).
