Deploy Forgejo

What it needs
1 GB of memory (small size), a managed Postgres database, a 5 GB disk at /var/lib/gitea.
After it deploys
Sign in as owner with the password Deplane showed when the deploy finished. Registration is off; to let others sign up, set DISABLE_REGISTRATION=false in the app's Variables. Clone over HTTPS; SSH is not available.
Settings it makes for you
ADMIN_PASSWORD, ADMIN_USER, DB_HOST, DB_NAME, DB_PASSWD, DB_USER, DOMAIN_NAME, INTERNAL_TOKEN, ROOT_URL, SECRET_KEY (secrets are generated for your app and never shown).
